A person diagnosed with schizophrenia may experience hallucinations (most reported are hearing voices), delusions (often bizarre or persecutory in nature), and disorganized thinking and speech. The latter may range from loss of train of thought, to sentences only loosely connected in meaning, to incoherence known as word salad in severe cases. Social withdrawal, sloppiness of dress and hygiene, and loss of motivation and judgment are all common in schizophrenia.There is often an observable pattern of emotional difficulty, for example lack of responsiveness.Impairment in social cognition is associated with schizophrenia, as are symptoms of paranoia; social isolation commonly occurs. Difficulties in working and long-term memory, attention, executive functioning, and speed of processing also commonly occur. In one uncommon subtype, the person may be largely mute, remain motionless in bizarre postures, or exhibit purposeless agitation, all signs of catatonia. About 30% to 50% of people with schizophrenia do not have insight; in other words, they do not accept their condition or its treatment. Treatment may have some effect on insight. People with schizophrenia often find facial emotion perception to be difficult.

im afraid may ganitong sakit ang girlfriend ko..

first day nya may bumubulong daw sa kanya, pinagtatawanan daw sya..

2nd day, lack of sleep na.. takot na matulog dhil binubulungan daw sya na pumatay ng tao..

3rd day, prang naeexorcism na sya.. naaktingin sa kwalan, maximum of 2hrs nalang ang naitutulog nya..

naisip kong naging cause ng depression nya.

1. problema sa magulang (tampo, inggit, pggng unfair)

2. problema sa kapatid ng bf nya (napressure ksma sa bahay)

3. problema sa mga kapatid at magulang nya (nag aaway in front of her, magsisigawan, magbabasag)

4. dating problema na naibabalik pa nya..

admitted ako na mahina loob ng girlfriend ko..

aminado rin ako na may kasalanan ako..

btw, 2nd day pina albularyo namin sya..

kesyo napaglalaruan daw sya ng mga espirito (bagay na d ko pinaniniwalaan)

hanggang sa dumating na sa punto na ipina psychiatrist na namin sya..

hindi pa mapinpoint ng doctor kung ano ang mismong sakit nya pero the doctor thinks na schizophrenia nga.

ngaun nakakatulog na sya ng aus, actually kahapon lang sya uminom ng gamot.

nakatulog na sya peacefully, for 10hrs i think..

ngayon observe pa muna kami.

bale nakakausap pa nman sya, pero may times na bigla bigla malulungkot sya, bigla bigla ttgnan nya kamay nya.. bigla bigla pinapaalis ako.. moody prang ganun..

kung may kakilala kau na nakaexperience ng ganito pls pagusapan ntn.. gusto ko mtulungan ang girlfriend ko.
