Primer blow outI was at Front Sight over the weekend and saw a guy shooting S&B 45 out of a 1911. The primer completely blew out leaving an empty but sooty flash hole. The bullet didn't budge and it was a major pain to eject the cartridge. After racking the slide about 15 times, it finally popped out. Wish I would have thought to take a picture of it. Any idea what might have caused that? The guy was complaining about either extractor or ejector issues afterwards. He started getting type 2 malfunctions.
