Asenal Finish or Collector Finish on this 1911?

I meant the owner says the finish is from Augusta Armory around WWII. I know it's not the "original finish" it's an Arsenal gun.

My question is:
1) Do you think this is the arsenal finish from Augusta Armory during WWII based on the pictorial evidence? Or an after Arsenal Finish applied by a collector?

I am questioning this because the color seems a tad dark to me. Or is this normal?
