Return Policy: Store Credit Only & 20% restocking Fee

Purchased an NiB BCG - their brand they claim to have Fail Zero coat for them. The order had been sitting for awhile and I ended up changing my mind about a build, so I emailed them asking them to cancel the order.

The response from their Sales Manager was (1) Returns are store credit only and (2) The order has now moved into shipping - No coincidence I'm sure.
