Moving back to CA, how to make my EBR M14 legal?

Hello everyone, I am back. After some years on the wrong coast Im coming back. My LRB M14 is in a Sage Mod 1 stock, the one with the AR15 type butt stock and of course the pistol grip. Im going to do the bullet button mod Fulton sells my magazine are 20 rounders but vietnam USGI so they are gtg. Ill need a muzzle break because I have the evil bayonet lug. With a break and a bullet button will I be gtg?
