Would a fixed blade knife (mora) strapped to the outside of a get home bag in the backseat of a car be considered a concealed fixed blade knife in California? There are places in CA laws where they consider anywhere in the passenger cabin as "on your person" but if it's visible would it still be concealed? I know there are some other threads talking about this but they were mostly talking about knives hidden in door pocket, glove box, console, or inside a bag.
