FS: Noveske M4 Stripped Upper Receiver

I have two Noveske M4 stripped upper receivers. These are in excellent condition. They are actually new however I like to be clear on the condition of the items that I sell so that there are no surprizes. A charging handle and bcg have not been installed therefore no rounds have ever been fired. A barrel was test fitted then removed. These are not chainsaw uppers.
