Yes he can sell it to you. When you do the PPT, tell him not to bring the mags. He can block them and give them to you later. From a legal standpoint, he was supposed to have blocked them before he came into the state. Anyways, just about every gun store sells Glock mags. When you do the PPT, just buy one at the store as you will most likely have to perform a handgun safety demonstration when you pick it up.
