Schuemann officer barrels

Hi all,

Have any of you tried the "nubbin" barrel from schuemann? Any advantages/disadvantages from the normal bull barrel? I would think the bull barrel, with more bearing surfaces up front in contact with the slide would be best... Any info/experience would be appreciated. Thanks.
