Selling registered antique

So I've been considering getting rid of my Finn M39. It's built on an 1896 dated receiver, but I did not know that at the time of purchase, so I DROSed it.

Question: I can still sell it Cash and Carry, correct? and if so, what is the process of "de-registering" it unto my name?
