Ruger "Flatgate" 1956 vintage 22 Single Six...s/n 403xx. This is 22 long rifle only...not a combination that would also shoot 22 magnum (the combinations were not made till 1959)... This revolver has wonderful plum color in the original bluing..the grips are original and condition is great.. A really desirable little revolver with potential for value growth while being a great shooter. Flatgates are seldom seen as collectors are not letting them go.
