On a CCW app what do they mean by Involved with an incident with firearm?

That probably wouldn't qualify itself if they just took your guns for safekeeping. However, they'll likely pull the report for the incident and depending how it reads it could possibly not bode well for you. Was the seizure related to the incident in this thread or was that something else?
