Santa Monica - Need a handyman - short house work

Anyway I'll throw this out there before I go craigslist.

I need a guy to clean up a hardwood floor and bleach it before I have someone re-urethane it before I put new furniture in.

This is not a long term job just probably a two day difficult work. It will require being on your knees, scrubbing, pulling old carpet tacks out of the wood, etc. Nothing pretty.

I'd do it myself but with an old problematic back injury, a recent rib injury, being tall, if I do this myself I'll be paying more for chiropractor and back throw out then if I just pay a guy a few hundred bucks to do it.

Area is roughly 11x11 with a short 7x3.5 hall way. May need other work on living room area.

Again, this isnt long term job. But if youre in the area and between jobs or something like that ... couple hundred bucks for work, cash, you put a bit in your pocket I get some work done.

If youre a drug addict looking for someone to vamp a job on don't apply. If youre in need of a little work I'll pay you well hell I'll even make you lunch.
