Looking for 1-4 power scope recommendations

Are there any other 1-4 power scopes that have the same features as the Vortex PST 1-4x24 w/ exposed turrets?

Features I'm looking for
Illuminated MOA reticle
Exposed MOA elevation turret with zero stop
30mm tube

From my research there seems to be a lot of options for MIL based scopes but not a whole lot when it comes to MOA based scopes. Any help would be appreciated.
