Moving back to CA

Hey guys,

I'm finishing my school up and I'll be coming back to California this summer and I have a few questions.

1. I have a gun that I previously bought in California from a dealer do I need to register it again when I move back?

2. For a little while I was entertaining the thought of getting a suppressor so I ended up getting a threaded barrel for one of my pistols. Can I drop my stock barrel back in and just bring the threaded one back uninstalled?

3. Any special rules about ar/ak pistols?

4. Driving the guns into California do they all have to be in locked cases or can I throw cable locks on through my pistols and put them in a backpack in the truck?

5. What's the availability of these guns? P229 legion, sig mpx/mcx, and the Czech scorpion? i got the itch for a pistol carbine and I wanna know if I should scratch it before I get back to ca
